3. Accounts & Security

You may browse without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Products & Authenticity

  • We curate new, authentic Prada eyewear. Each unit is inspected for build quality, finish, and packaging integrity.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen calibration, and production batches.
  • Fits, measurements, and weights are approximate; minor variances within industry tolerances are normal.
  • Accessories shown (cases, cloths) may differ by collection or production run.

5. Prescription Lenses & Medical Notice

  • By submitting prescription data, you attest its accuracy and that it is unexpired. We may request a copy of your prescription and measured PD (pupillary distance).
  • Lens production tolerances follow recognized optical standards. Small deviations within tolerance do not qualify as defects.
  • Prescription, custom, or special‑order lenses are made to order. Once glazing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and lenses are non‑returnable except for manufacturing defects.
  • Information on this Site is not medical advice and does not replace an eye exam or professional guidance.

6. Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order after fraud screening, stock verification, and payment authorization.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative, a backorder with an estimated timeframe, or a refund.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, household, or order.

7. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales tax and any applicable duties are calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout where available.
  • Despite care, typographical or pricing errors may occur. We may cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors after notice to you.

8. Payments & Anti‑Fraud

  • We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the order total, including shipping and taxes.
  • Orders may be subject to verification. We may request additional information or cancel and refund if verification fails.
  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We ship to the destinations displayed at checkout. Transit time estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and lens production time for prescription orders.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided or upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
  • Please inspect packages upon receipt and report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, or customs clearance; delays caused by customs are outside our control.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Return eligibility and instructions are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Non‑prescription frames in original, unworn condition with all accessories are typically returnable within the stated window.
  • Prescription/custom lenses are final sale once glazing starts, except where defective.
  • To cancel an order, contact us promptly. If production or shipment has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Warranty & Repairs

  • Manufacturer defects on frames are covered under a limited warranty as specified by the brand or as otherwise stated at purchase.
  • Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
  • We can assist with repairs or part replacements where available; service fees may apply.

12. Promotions, Gift Cards & Coupons

  • Promotions are time‑limited and subject to terms displayed with the offer. Unless stated, promotions cannot be combined.
  • Coupons must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Gift cards (if offered) are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

13. Acceptable Use & Resale

  • You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with security, scrape data, or use automated tools without permission.
  • Purchases are for end‑user customers. Resale without our prior written consent is prohibited.
