Order Processing

    - In-stock non-prescription frames: dispatch in 1 business day. - Single-vision prescription lenses: add 2–5 business days for glazing and QA. - Progressive lenses: add 5–8 business days; prism/complex scripts may need +1–2 days. - Lens coatings (anti-reflective, blue-light/HEV, oleophobic): add 1–2 business days. - Orders placed after 14:00 EST process the next business day. - Peak periods and weather/service alerts may extend timelines; we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Estimates apply after your order is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

United States

    - Standard: 3–6 business days (USPS/UPS/FedEx). - Expedited: 2–3 business days. - Overnight: 1 business day to most metros. - PO Boxes/APO/FPO: USPS only (Standard). - Signature: required by default for orders over $400.

Canada

    - Standard: 5–9 business days. - Expedited: 3–5 business days. - Remote areas may add 1–3 days. - Duties/VAT may be collected on delivery (see International Duties).

International

    - Standard: 7–14 business days. - Expedited: 3–7 business days. - Delivery to 40+ countries. Some regions may have longer customs clearance. - Duties/VAT typically collected by local customs.

Notes

    - Rates may vary during carrier surcharges or peak periods. - Oversize presentation boxes may slightly increase weight-based rates. - Any free shipping threshold is calculated before tax and after discounts.

Tracking & Delivery

    - You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking when it ships. - Tracking updates can take 12–24 hours to appear after label creation. - SMS updates are available at checkout in supported regions. - Signature is required by default for orders over $400; you may waive it by request (theft liability then transfers to you). - If you won’t be home, consider holding at carrier location or scheduling delivery.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

    - Most shipments are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid): local VAT/GST and duty may be collected upon delivery. - Fees are set by your country’s customs and are not included in our prices unless specified at checkout. - Refusal of customs payment may result in return-to-sender; initial and return shipping plus any customs processing fees may be deducted from refunds. - Provide a full legal name, local phone number, and a delivery address to reduce customs delays.

Addresses, Changes & Special Destinations

    - Address changes: contact us within 60 minutes of ordering; after dispatch, a reroute may incur carrier fees. - PO Boxes/APO/FPO: available via USPS Standard. Expedited couriers typically cannot deliver to PO Boxes. - Hotel/temporary addresses: include the guest name and arrival dates; signature may be required. - Gift orders: invoices exclude prices by default; add a gift note at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

    - Damaged on arrival: report within 7 days with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, case, and item. Keep all materials for the carrier inspection. - Lost in transit: we open a carrier trace after 7 business days (U.S.) or 14 business days (international) without movement. If confirmed lost, we reship or refund. - Missing items: check for split shipments or small accessories packed inside the case. Contact support if still missing. - Theft after delivery: if signature was waived and the package shows delivered, theft claims must be filed with local authorities and carrier; contact us for documentation to assist.

Packaging & Insurance

    - Each pair ships with a protective case, cleaning cloth, and official packaging when supplied by the manufacturer. - Shipments are insured until delivery scan. Signature adds an extra layer of protection for high-value orders. - We use recyclable outer materials where possible. You may opt for a reduced-packaging checkout option.

    - Return window: 30 days from delivery for unworn frames in original condition. - Prescription lenses: custom-made and non-refundable, but frame defects are covered. - Start a return: email [email protected] with your order number and reason.

How long will my order take to ship?

In-stock frames ship in 1 business day. Single-vision lenses add 2–5 business days; progressives 5–8 business days. Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes: U.S. orders $150+, Canada $250+, international $350+ receive free standard shipping.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us within 60 minutes. After dispatch, rerouting may be possible with carrier fees; some services do not allow changes.

Will I pay duties or taxes internationally?

Typically yes. Most orders ship DDU, and your local customs may collect VAT/GST and duties upon delivery.

Is a signature required?

For security, orders over $400 require a signature by default. You may waive it at checkout or by request; liability then transfers to you once delivered.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Report damage within 7 days with photos. For lost parcels, we open a carrier trace (7 business days U.S., 14 business days international) and then replace or refund.
